How to Book a Party

Terms and Conditions
All prices are subject to change. If you require Lions & Ladybirds to source something for your party there may be a cost involved. We are happy to provide you with two quotes in the course of planning your party. If further quotes are required there may be an administration fee of $95. A deposit of 50% of the total party cost (which includes any Optional Extras) is required within 7 days of making your booking. Your booking is not confirmed and not guaranteed until we have received your deposit. Deposit payment is to be made by cheque or internet banking. Sorry, we are not currently set up to take credit card or eftpos payments. A receipt will be e-mailed to you to confirm your booking. The outstanding amount is to be paid 48 hours prior to the party. Payment is to be made by internet banking or cash only. Should payment of the outstanding amount not be received 48 hours prior to the party, we reserve the right to terminate our Agreement with you.
If you cancel or amend a party booking giving us less than 5 days notice we reserve the right to hold onto your deposit. You will also be liable to pay the full cost of any Optional Extras.
We currently cater for kids' parties in the Auckland area only. Additional travel charges may apply to parties in the outer suburbs.
Lions & Ladybirds is not liable for damage to property or injury as a result of a party.
Making a booking with Lions & Ladybirds is acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
