Ang and I had lots of fun at Max’s pirate party earlier today.  Max and 15 of his pirate friends kept us very busy playing Pin The Patch On The Pirate, walking the plank and rummaging through bushes on a Scavenger Hunt.  The weather wasn’t too bad either.  A fabulous (and exhausting) day had by all.

Pirate parties are popular right now.  Ang and I are off to host another one today in Kumeu.  Just the weather for a high seas pirate adventure!

Today we have been busy filling loot bags and lunchboxes with fun goodies and yummy snack foods and making final alterations to costumes for a pirate party tomorrow.

We're excited as our balloon twister Kyle and face painter Tracey will join us at the party.

The weather forecast is for showers but fingers and toes crossed the weather man has got it wrong and tomorrow will be as sunny as it was today!
