Happy 2nd Birthday Kaylo! 09/08/2009
Ang and I had a wonderful day today celebrating the 2nd birthday of a lovely little girl called Kaylo. Kaylo loves Dora The Explorer so we had City Cake Company make her a scrummy Dora chocolate cake and 40 delicious purple and pink butterfly cupcakes. The birthday girl and her party guests had lots of fun bouncing on bouncy castles, having their faces painted, feeding the animals from Old McDonalds Mini Mobile Farm, watching Sharyn create some amazing balloon sculptures (including a Dora doll, Mickey Mouse and an octopus) and Walnut the Clown and Fairy Katrina perform magic tricks. Thank you Kaylo for letting us share in your special day. Thank you also to Richard at Fun Fun Fun, Glenda at Poppyseed, Balloonatics, Farmer Ben and Farmer Crystal, Walnut the Clown, Fairy Katrina, Sharyn and Gobble Platters for pulling out all the stops and helping us make today truly magical. Big hugs, Jo & Ang xx Add Comment Crowns and Tiaras 08/30/2009
Ang and I had lots of fun with Scarlett and her friends at her 5th birthday party yesterday. The theme was Crowns and Tiaras and Scarlett and her party guests looked gorgeous in their princess and fairy dresses. We were able to use our new princess castle scene setter as a backdrop which looked fantastic alongside the table settings. A bouncy castle, Kyle our balloon twister and an arts & crafts activity decorating Ice Queen and Fire Queen masks kept everyone entertained and busy. Thank you Scarlett for letting us celebrate your special day with you. All the best for school! Big hugs, Jo & Ang xx Party Fun in Neverland 08/23/2009
It is hard to believe my babies are now 3 and nearly 1, and to celebrate their birthday we did it Peter Pan style. After weeks in the planning we had the party yesterday and it was a blast, starting with the weather, what a beautiful sunny warm day, it was great to see the kids running around in bare feet There were children dressed up as Peter Pan, lost boys, indians, pirates and tinkerbelles and with our balloon twister Kyle working his magic I saw balloon creations ranging from tigers, to swords, to butterflies, fairy wings and a special racing car and ladybird for the birthday children. It was a fantastic to see the joy on my sons face when he arrived at the party which was decorated with balloons and palm trees, and the smile never wore off all day...it really makes all the time and effort we put into the party worth it. I would like to say a huge thanks to Kyle for your wonderful balloon creations, and also a huge thanks to Jo, you did such a great job and it was really fantastic that I got to actually enjoy the party rather then have to run it, thank you, thank you, thank you.
